Welcome to Yala Mobility! By using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Definitions

1.1 "Service": Refers to transportation services offered by Yala Mobility, including bookings, rentals, and event logistics.

1.2 "User": Refers to any individual or entity using our services.

1.3 "Driver": Refers to the professionals operating the vehicles.

2. User Obligations

2.1 You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the booking process.

2.2 You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using our services.

2.3 You agree not to use our services for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes.

3. Booking and Payment

3.1 Booking Confirmation: Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of payment or deposit as applicable.

3.2 Payment Methods: We accept credit/debit cards, digital wallets, and other payment methods specified on our platform.

3.3 Cancellation Policy: Refers to the professionals operating the vehicles.

  • Cancellations made within 24 – 48 hours from the scheduled ride: 3% deduction on the total rental amount.
  • Cancellations made within 4 – 24 hours from the scheduled ride: 50% deduction on the total rental amount.
  • Cancellations made within 0 – 4 hours from the scheduled ride or no-show: 100% deduction on the total rental amount.

3.4 Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 8 working hours or the next business day after cancellation, in accordance with our cancellation policy.

4. Service Terms

4.1 Yala Mobility reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or vehicle breakdowns. In such cases, we will notify you promptly and offer alternatives or refunds.

4.2 Drivers reserve the right to refuse service if the user engages in abusive or unlawful behavior.

4.3 Users are responsible for complying with all local laws and regulations while utilizing Yala Mobility's services. Any unlawful use of our services is strictly prohibited.

4.4 Cleanliness: The company does not allow the vehicle to be used to carry pets, goods, or any other objects that can damage the upholstery or any part of the vehicle. In such an event, the user will be charged the actual cost towards repairing or cleaning the interior or exterior of the vehicle.

4.5 Replacement Vehicle: Replacement vehicles shall be provided within city limits only (subject to availability of a similar segment in the city) in cases where a vehicle develops a mechanical error that restrains the user from its use. If a vehicle develops such an error outside city limits, a replacement vehicle will not be provided, and an amount equivalent to the agreed rental will be charged. The company's decision related to replacement vehicles will be final.

4.6 Fuel: For chauffeur-driven cars, fuel is inclusive of the selected rental package.

4.7 Extra Time: Extra hours will be applicable over the basic package selected by the renter.

4.8 Parking & Tolls: Parking and toll charges are to be borne by the customer. On extra usage, the cost of extra hours and/or extra kilometers will be charged.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1 Yala Mobility is not liable for delays caused by external factors, including traffic conditions, road closures, or acts of nature.

5.2 Our liability is limited to the value of the booking amount.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, app, and marketing materials is the intellectual property of Yala Mobility. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, and the courts of Tier-01, Tier-02 cities of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from or related to these Terms.

8. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes, both parties agree to resolve the matter amicably. If unresolved, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended from time to time. The arbitration proceedings shall take place in Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kochi, Delhi, Amritsar all major tier-1 and tier-2 cities in India and the language of arbitration shall be English. The decision of the arbitrator(s) shall be final and binding on both parties.

9. Modifications to Terms

Yala Mobility reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be communicated via email or our website.
